Marco is our Director of Guest Services. Hailing from northern Italy, he has more than 20 years’ experience in the hospitality industry and is laser focused on ensuring our guests have everything they need to enjoy their stays.
He is in charge of front of house, operations and dealing with our small team of cleaners. He is also adept at ensuring our guests give us constructive feedback and reviews, all of which helps us drive the business forward. Marco speaks Italian, French and Spanish which comes in very useful in this business.
