About Amore

At Amore Property Management, we love property, love people and love letting.

We are dedicated to offering a unique holiday let service for the boutique end of the market.

Whilst we are happy to harness the power of the online travel marketplace, we believe that a personal service is essential for looking after both the guests and the properties.

With a combined experience of over 20 years, acting as both property managers and owners we are confident that we can help your property reach its potential.

What type of properties are we looking for?

There is no magic formula. Ideally, we are looking for properties with a story.

Perhaps a famous owner or visitor has passed through the entrance hall.

There is a strong appeal and demand for unique, historic properties with character.

Providing guests with a special experience.

What do we offer?

Depending on the size and location of your property, we can offer a full management service from 16% to 20% (plus VAT). We can tailor our service based on your property’s requirements.

As experienced owners we know what to look for in a Holiday Property. We provide advisory services for your bespoke purchasing needs.

Renovating

In partnership with SJI, we have successfully developed several Holiday Properties and are happy to provide consultancy. From minimal redecoration to full renovation we can help.

Letting

With access to some of the best OTA platform technology and in partnership with EPR Creations we can ensure your property is well marketed online.
